Asco offers comprehensive Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) for home elevators starting at ₹12,000 per year. Our standard AMC includes monthly preventive maintenance visits, lubrication of all moving parts, adjustment of door mechanisms, inspection of safety devices (ARD, overload sensor, door interlocks), and 24/7 emergency call-out service within 4 hours across Chennai. For comprehensive coverage, our premium AMC (₹24,000/year) additionally includes all minor spare parts, hydraulic oil top-up, and bi-annual cabin deep cleaning. Regular AMC extends elevator lifespan from the standard 15 years to over 25 years and is recommended by all Indian elevator safety codes.
